Yeah, no idea. There is a place up in Newport that has a bunch of these. I’d imagine they’d have to be for offroad only.

I can’t see if Maine does plates for ATVs (like this one has ), but it does look like they repealed the law that banned them from public roads (though they are not allowed on controlled access highways).

There's a bunch of importers that bring them in for off-road use as an alternative to side by side utility vehicles.

Maine most definitely does ATV plates I see side by sides on the road fairly often and not just on the dirt road I live on haha.
